You’re not “just stressed.” When it starts affecting sleep, grades, friendships, or how you feel about yourself, it’s time to get real support.
Racing thoughts before exams, dread about class, panic attacks, or constant worry you can’t switch off.
No motivation, skipping class, sleeping too much or not at all, feeling numb or hopeless about the semester.
Homesickness, loneliness, social anxiety, or feeling like everyone else has it figured out and you don’t.
More support than weekly therapy, without pausing your life. We’ll match you with the right level of care after a free assessment.
3–4 evenings a week, about 3 hours each. Keep your classes and your job — get structured therapy after hours.
A full-day program, 5 days a week, for when things feel unmanageable and you need real momentum fast. Many students step down to IOP afterwards.
Individual sessions, skills groups, and psychiatric support — in person in Bedford or via telehealth.
Most students are in a program within a few days of the first call.
A real person answers. Tell us what’s going on — no forms, no pressure. About 10 minutes.
A clinician meets with you (in person or virtually) to recommend the right level of care and check your insurance.
Begin your program with a schedule that works around your classes. We’ll help you feel steady again.

No. Treatment is confidential and we don’t contact your school unless you ask us to. Many students actually get academic accommodations through their campus disability office with documentation from a treatment program.
Yes. Our evening IOP runs after typical class hours, and telehealth options mean you can attend from campus. If a full-day program is the right fit, we’ll help you plan around it.
We accept most major commercial insurance plans, including many student health plans and parents’ plans. Verify your coverage online in about two minutes, or call and we’ll check for you.
Absolutely. Parents call us every day. We’ll walk you through options and next steps, and coordinate with your student directly with their consent.
Our center is at 4 Preston Court, Bedford, MA 01730 — about 20 minutes from Boston, Cambridge, Lowell, and Waltham. Telehealth is available statewide.
