Sarah Tishman
Sarah is a primary therapist with a well-rounded background in various therapeutic settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern University and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from the Boston University School of Medicine. She has worked in Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and traditional outpatient therapy. In addition to individual therapy, Sarah has facilitated both family therapy and group therapy, emphasizing the importance of connection and communication in the therapeutic process. She has worked with individuals across the lifespan—from children to adults—navigating a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. She employs a holistic, client-centered approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
