Treatment that fits real life
Not everyone needs, or can take, weeks away from work and family. Forrest offers structured, clinically intensive substance use treatment on an outpatient basis, so you get daily support while living at home. Most of our clients are also dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or another condition, and we treat those at the same time, because treating one without the other rarely holds. Our approach
Treatment combines group therapy, individual therapy, and skills-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing, with psychiatric care when it’s needed and family therapy so the people at home are part of the plan. Every client leaves with a written aftercare and relapse prevention plan.
