Arlington resources and local context

Arlington draws a lot of younger professionals and academics who work in Cambridge and Boston but live just outside the city, and that is reflected in who we see: people with high-functioning depression and anxiety, burnout, and substance use that has not yet caused obvious consequences but is clearly a problem. Early treatment is far easier than late treatment. We also work with people stepping down from Cambridge Health Alliance and Mount Auburn Hospital, and we coordinate care with Arlington-area therapists and prescribers.
